The Leeton Farmers Market is an authentic farmers market designed by Leeton Shire Council in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Leeton. With a focus on paddock to plate production, the Leeton Farmers Market is all about providing the opportunity for customers to purchase fresh high-quality produce directly from the growers and producers. 

Leeton; the heart of Australia‚Äôs food bowl is at the centre of the most productive region in the country. It is estimated that each Murrumbidgee Irrigation farmer feeds approximately 600 people annually. You name it we grow it! From rice, fruit, vegetables and wine, to meat, nuts horticultural and organic produce, Leeton has seriously earned its reputation as a food destination. 

The Leeton Farmers Market strives to offer:

  • A diverse range of fresh food;
  • Value added regional food products; and
  • Agricultural produce.

Markets are held on the first Saturday morning of the month at the Leeton Jockey Club from 8.00am to 12.00pm. Entry is via a gold coin donation to the Rotary Club of Leeton. Funds raised from the Market are fed back into the local community and other projects chosen by the Rotary Club of Leeton.
