Let’s Ride Leeton!

Come and join us for a family fun day celebrating all things cycling.

Cycling Australia are offering kids have the chance to learn skills in a FREE workshop to help them ride their bikes safely. Pre-Registration is  required. Click here to register online

Ride and event details

You can choose to ride or walk along existing shared path routes. If you are an experienced cyclist there are on road routes of varying distances.

Children from ages 5 to 14 are urged to take part in the Cycling Australia Workshop, Pre-registration is required.

10.00am- Registration at the Bike Training Facility in Palm Avenue for Bike Week activities and first cycling Australia workshop begins. You can also choose to ride or walk along existing shared path routes. Maps will be provided.

12pm- The course and workshops finishes back at the bike training facility where there are activities, lucky draw prizes and design a helmet winners announced. Sausage Sizzle and Drinks available to purchase

1pm- Event finishes

 

What you need to know

·        Rides suitable for all levels of fitness and ability

·        Walk or cycle different routes

·        All cyclists must wear a correctly fitted helmet

·        Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

·        Participants should have their bike in good working order

·        Bring a water bottle

·        Eurells of Leeton providing free bike maintenance checks

·        Must pre-register for the FREE Cycling Australia Workshop. Limited places available.
