Come and taste the terroir of the Riverina, the unique environmental influences that give local character to wine and food.
When tasting wines you should take into account the appearance, aroma, taste and aftertaste. It is worth considering that foods will influence your taste perception, with cheese or artichoke among those likely to enhance sweet flavours. As a general rule, sweeter wines are better to drink early, while full-bodied flavours may be considered for cellaring.
